Uh oh, looks like the next installment of the Battlefield series has been ratted out by its own cohort. An advertisement on EA's distribution service known as Origin has revealed the existence of Battlefield 4. According to the lovely ad, if you pre-order Medal of Honor: Warfighter on Origin (for $69.99 I might add), you will be granted access to the Battlefield 4 beta.
This announcement strikes me as being a little funky, as DICE and EA announced Battlefield 3 Premium not too long ago. They also claimed that DLC for Battlefield 3 would last until Match of 2013, making this preemptive reveal all the more strange.
For know, I'm just going to sit back and see where all this leads.
